Will I need internet access to watch the webinars?

You will need the internet to watch the webinars live or recorded. If for any reason, your internet is not sufficient during the live event, you’ll still have access to the planned recordings in your My Webinars digital library after the Webinar.


What if there are internet issues during the webinar?

It’s important to recognize that we cannot control the quality of the internet at any given time, and it may be possible that you are unable to watch all or some of the events live.

If for any reason, your internet is not sufficient during the live event, you’ll still have access to the planned recordings in your Orders section of Your Account after the Webinar.  If Dr. Kumar has internet issues during the live webinar we will do everything possible to rectify the issues for the recording available to you.  Try not to be concerned with connectivity issues, we will do our best to make it right and provide you with the best experience and content possible.


Will there be refunds issued if there are internet or technical glitches?

While we deeply regret if any technological/internet issues occur, no refunds will be issued. While we are taking all precautions to avoid technological/internet challenges, there may be situations that happen that are outside of our control. By registering for this event, you acknowledge this risk, and waive any claim of a refund.

There is an inherent risk in presenting live and there is the possibility of any number of disruptions including but not limited to the following:

  • A presenter is unable to connect, and therefore the webinar is also unable to be presented or recorded;

  • An attendee can’t connect;

  • A webinar is interrupted or is unable to be completed, and is therefore also unable to be recorded;

  • The webinar platform or the network that it relies on goes down;

  • Intermittent or unclear audio or video transmission;

  • The recording feature malfunctions;

  • And so on.

Try not to be concerned with connectivity issues, we will do our best to make it right and provide you with the best experience and content possible.
